<h2>Licensing Terms for FlexSqueeze Theme</h2>
<h3>Multiple Domain License<br />
</h3>
<ol>
<li>This is an agreement between Licensor (Advantus Media, Inc.) and Licensee (You), who is being licensed to use FlexSqueeze theme for WordPress.</li>
<li> Licensee acknowledges that this is only a limited nonexclusive license. Licensor is and remains the owner of all titles, rights, and interests in FlexSqueeze. </li>
<li>This License permits Licensee to install FlexSqueeze on MULTIPLE WORDPRESS INSTALLATIONS for use on MULTIPLE TOP LEVEL DOMAINS that the Licensee is the registered owner of according to a current WHOIS query for the domain. </li>
<li> Licensee will not make copies of the Software or allow copies of the Software to be made by others. Licensee may make copies of the Software for backup purposes only.</li>
<li> Licensee will not resell FlexSqueeze or make available as part of any other offer. </li>
<li> Licensee will not install the theme with the intent of allowing other WordPress users to access the theme for their own use. All top level domain, subdomain and folder level installations much be owned and installed by the Licensee and FlexSqueeze theme customization must be performed by Licensee. </li>
<li> Licensee will not deconstruct or reverse engineer theme code in any way, other than changes to the the HTML page structure.</li>
<li> Licensee will not use any portion of the FlexSqueeze code in any other theme designed for use with WordPress.</li>
<li> LICENSOR IS NOT LIABLE TO LICENSEE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING COMPENSATORY, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, CONNECTED WITH OR RESULTING FROM THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT OR LICENSEE'S USE OF FLEXSQUEEZE. </li>
<li>Licensee's jurisdiction may not allow such a limitation of damages, so this limitation may not apply.</li>
<li> Licensee agrees to defend and indemnify Licensor and hold Licensor harmless from all claims, losses, damages, complaints, or expenses connected with or resulting from Licensee's use of FlexSqueeze.</li>
<li> Licensor has the right to terminate this License Agreement and Licensee's right to use FlexSqueeze upon any material breach by Licensee.</li>
<li> Licensee agrees to return to Licensor or to destroy all copies of FlexSqueeze upon termination of the License.</li>
<li> This License Agreement is the entire and exclusive agreement between Licensor and Licensee regarding FlexSqueeze. This License Agreement replaces and supersedes all prior negotiations, dealings, and agreements between Licensor and Licensee regarding FlexSqueeze.</li>
<li> This License Agreement is governed by the law of Nebraska applicable to Nebraska contracts.</li>
<li> This License Agreement is valid without Licensor's signature. It becomes effective upon the Licensee's installation of FlexSqueeze. </li>
